Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • 3 – 4 drops of vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tablespoons of almond oil

Method:

Put the milk and honey in a container and heat it over low heat. 

Stirring constantly, add the orange juice and almond oil.

Take it off the heat and let it cool down.

Method:

Melt the shea butter and beeswax in a bain-marie.

Add the coconut oil and lavender essential oil.

Open the vitamin E capsules and add the oil to the mixture.

Beat everything gently until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour it into a container.

Apply to clean, scrubbed feet before bed and keep on overnight.

Store the rest of the mixture in the fridge.

Method:

Pour some water into a saucepan, and then place a glass jar in it.

Now, add 3 tablespoons of beeswax, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and shea butter.

Heat the pan and turn it off when the butter and beeswax melt. She takes out the jar and lets it cool.

Mix all the ingredients in the jar.

Add ten drops of oil of oregano and peppermint to the solution.
